One of the resort’s most distinctive attractions is 007 ELEMENTS, a James Bond cinematic installation built inside the Gaislachkogl mountain. Several scenes from the film Spectre were filmed in the mountains above Sölden, including scenes connected with the nearby ice Q restaurant.

The attraction can be reached by the Gaislachkogl cable car and combines film displays with dramatic high-Alpine scenery. Visitors should check current opening times and mountain conditions before travelling to the summit.

Sölden is also an attractive destination outside the ski season. Summer activities include hiking, mountain biking, cable-car trips and excursions through the Ötztal valley. Choose central Sölden for convenient access to restaurants, shops, nightlife and the main cable-car stations. This is a practical option for travellers who want to stay close to the resort’s busiest facilities.

Hochsölden, located at approximately 2,083 metres, is ideal for direct access to the slopes and ski-in/ski-out accommodation. It is particularly suitable for visitors who want to spend as much time as possible on the mountain.

Zwieselstein offers a quieter village atmosphere while remaining within easy reach of Sölden. Vent is another peaceful option for travellers interested in traditional Alpine surroundings, hiking and mountaineering. The wider Sölden region includes Sölden, Hochsölden, Zwieselstein and Vent, each offering a different style of mountain holiday.
